Enlève (lifted, raised up) is a term borrowed from ballet, the context in which this project originated. Drawing from a personal experience with cancer, as well as my physiology background, I wanted to design something to lift the lives of those affected by a deeply traumatic experience. To move the body is a privilege often taken for granted until it is taken away by major illness or injury.
